The mouse is made by Depraz, in Switzerland I think.  Note that
the same mouse is used with the model 630 MTG terminal, or at
least it was on the early evaluation model I received.  I don't
know if AT&T (formerly Teletype) stocks parts for depraved mice
or not.  If not, they almost certainly can supply replacement mice.
Teletype Corp. used to be in Skokie, IL. but may have recently moved...
