Does anyone have an accurate list of values to patch into the clocktic
kernel variable? I am running on an AT clone at 12MHz with 1 wait state,
and I am having a devil of a job figuring out what number to patch into
clocktic.

As supplied the value is 20499 which causes my machine to run about 40
minutes slow each day. This is unacceptable. I have tried different values
but they all seem to make the clock too fast or way way to slow.

Any help with this would be really appreciated.
