/contrib/andrew/xtkintro.ps.Z on zap.mit.edu seems to end prematurely 
halfway through page 168.  It looks like the doc is at least 188 
pages long.  Did anyone else try to print this?  Does anyone know who 
to contact?  The other .ps.Z files printed out fine.  Thanks.
