My plea of late last week on news.config was answered by several
generous folks.  Now OSU CIS is quite well-connected for news, and no
longer worries about the health of one small machine across town.
Also, we are able to reliably feed folks on Ohio's in-state IP
network, as well as the rest of OSU that we were feeding already.
