Hey, I report what I get.  I thought about putting a UUCP-like
Reply-To: line, but didn't.  However, the Path: line left here saying
ulowell!page, so I should have gotten a large number of responses
anyway.  Ulowell isn't out in the sticks, uucp-wise.

If only 25% of the alt sites could respond to my sendsys request, it
still means about 25%-35% of the net gets alt, which is still a lot
less than *I* had thought originally, and less than half of what
the arbitron stats report.

Until some better method exists for measuring connectivity, the best
we have is sendsys, so that's what I based by report on.
