I hate to respond with half-a**ed info like this, but it may be better than
nothing.  Some time ago, I tried interfacing a CONRAC monitor to my Amiga and
found a need for these beasties.  I got them from an outfit (Ma/Pa operation,
I think) named "Jim Black <SomethingOrOther>".  I believe he orders in
AmigaWorld, possibly in Amazing Computing (how's that for specific?).  As I
remember it, the price for the bare connector was $3.00 and backshells were
$1.50 (a bit pricy, if you ask me).  Apparently, he is or was making add-on
floppy drives for the Amiga and bought a big batch of these.  If I ever find
myself in reach of a keyboard and the right magazine at the same time, I'll
try to post more complete info.
