I don't have a Radio Shack catalogue
handy but they carry a type of audio
transformer used for multi-speaker
installations in halls, churches, and 
such like that has a turns ratio that
would probably do your job.  The low
power ones are also pretty cheap.
Just drive the transformer with any
decent oscillator circuit.
