There are two short stories that are must reading on any
individualist's list:

Lipidleggin'   by the same F Paul Wilson
 (this can be found in The Survival of Freedom edited by Pournelle)

and
And Then There Were None  by Eric Frank Russell
(I don't know offhand where this can be found, check classic
anthologies)
