It is an Expert Systems tool written at NASA's Johnson Space Flight Center and is available to the public through the COSMIC program (COSMIC program #MSC-27208). I don't know the price, but COSMIC prices usually cover just the costs of repro, shipping and handling. It comes on 6 IBM floppies in C Source code and will run with no or minor changes on any system that has an ASNSI C compiler & 256K memory. It is a tool that can be used as standalone or embedded within a program as a subroutine -- and can even call your own subroutines. As we just got it in, I can't give you any personal experience evaluations, but it looks look it may be pretty good & the price is right! For info: COSMIC University of Georgia 382 E.
