Here are the instructions to the game of Chinese Chess which I had posted
some time ago:

1) Go to your public library
2) Find a book on Chinese Chess
3) Check out the book
4) Read the book

That's all I can say for the program.  It came with no instructions but Turbo
Pascal sources may be available.  It is public domain for I originally got it
from Northwestern University Opus at (312) 491-3892, 2400 baud.  Or try
contacting them through the USENET, they are connected.

Anyone out there from Northwestern University?
