Well, Um gee guy, that lets out ALL people who write with the Turbo family,
and just about anyone who wants to say "that's my work".

Now, while you could go with other compilers, lets just be on the safe side.

Now, What have we got?

No Turbo family
No Compiled Programs
No source code (who would post without copyrights in the source?)

That leaves..

   BASIC programs!!
