I need to get my hands on an ASCII text search program for a project 
I am working on.  The desired result is a C program that searches any
group of files for a specified string or strings. Like "Give me the
number of files (and their names) that contains the words 'waldo' and
'explosive green chile'"

Any C, (or Pascal) source program or code fragment would be appreciated.
