Nearly 1 1/2 years ago a few pages were posted to net.sources
containing "a chapter [...] for the not-yet-existent GNU Emacs
Programmers Manual". Is there some change of the state "not-yet-
existent" or exists some extensions of this old paper?
(I wasn't on the net for a longer period of time)
