Subject: PC animation...a hopeless search

     I have been trying to find some sort of animation package
 for the IBM PC and have ran into nothing put dead ends.  I
 realize that graphic capabilities of the PC were outdated
 long before it was ever introduced, but surely there exists
 some sort of animation package out there.  

 I don't want that much, just a package that:

   - will interface with TURBO PASCAL 4.0
   - is relatively fast ( I realize this is asking for a lot on the PC's)
   - will let me define characters (Elmer Fud, Tweety and the like)
   - move that character about the screen

    TURBO GRAPHIX toolbox seems appropriate enough, but 
  Borland says 2-3 weeks shipping. Last time they said that
  it was 2 and a half months.  Anyway, I'm looking for something
  a little sooner. 

    Any suggestions?......Thanks
