They are $50 each and can be ordered using you credit card by calling 800-854-7179. It's not worth your $50. Also, the public comment period closed on February 23. Any comments you have at this time do not have to be considered by the committee. If you send comments in, there is certainly no rule that says the committee cannot consider them, but there is also no rule that says they must consider them or respond to you. FYI.
