After reading several articles about TOOLPACK, I am intrigued - I
would like to know more about it.  Perhaps someone who is familiar
with TOOLPACK would be good enough to give a summary of its
capabilities (articles on the net seem to mention a few facilities and
only vaguely).  Further, does anybody have some concrete information
about its availability?  One article said it was in the public domain.
Is there a service fee? Licensing fee?  or anything like that?

If anyone wants to e-mail to me, I will collect the responses and post
