I ftp'ed a windowing archive off simtel20 that was written by
Daniel R. Evans and it was written for Borland Turbo C.

Well, learning C is a little harder than I first anticipated
(I'll finish learning sooner or later), but in the mean time
I was wondering if Mr. Evans or anyone else ever converted these
routines to Turbo Pascal.

If not, can anyone suggest a comparable package for TP? 

I think the Evans windows are very good and feature a command line
at the top of the screen with pop-up and pull-down windows.
Mr. Evans only gave a GENIE id so I assume he isn't on this net.
