The corresponding device for color is: /dev/cgtwo0 Set the FRAMEBUFFER environment variable to tell the NeWS server how much of the framebuffer it can use. Here's my FRAMEBUFFER variable: setenv FRAMEBUFFER "/dev/bwtwo0 562 0 590 405" it sets up a NeWS buffer in the upper right corner of your monitor. Note, that with the command, you can set NeWS and SunView up to run on adjacent monitors (running in Zaphod mode...). Anyway, this should do it.
