Hello,

a friend of mine is going to Africa in the next week, and he's wondering if
there is any possibility to link up to the rest of the world from there.
He intends to stay in South-West Africa, so  a link to Nigeria, Congo,
Chad, Togo or Benin would be prefered. Does anyone of you know of any
(public) Usenet sites in this area ?
