Great fun and a good headscratcher to figure out what happens when you do that to a bunch of TCPs. However, it sure turned out to be a Real Bad Idea to allow that to happen past a gateway. Thus, the fuzzballs carefully nuke any broadcast-apparent packet that attempts to transit from one net to another. See RFC-1009. Dave
