Sorry, the IBM Tech Ref is more-or-less by definition "authorative".  It is
the reference of either choice or necessity for everyone I've encountered
who works on NETBIOS, and if you can't find the info there, get out the
disassembler and start learning the PC LAN Program the hard way...
