Summary: Who has got them?

I am looking for tools to manipulate the Hershey Character Database as
posted to Volume 4 of COMP.SOURCES.UNIX.

The Tools which were also posted seem to be very heavily BSD-dependant,
and I am not sufficiently aware of the differences between BSD and SYSV
to attempt to port them myself.

Does anyone out there have hershey tools running under System V, ideally
Microport System V/286?
