In the March/April 1987 issue of the "AT&T TECHNICAL JOURNAL", there is
a picture editor described.  The article is titled "PICO - A PICTURE
EDITOR", by Gerald J. Holzmann.

I'd like to obtain this software, or a (yacc/lex) description of the
language.
