      The Hershey stroke fonts, and a number of other useful data files, such
as the KST fonts (139 fonts, specify TeX or bitmap format), various maps,
and Webster's Second Dictionary (words only) can be obtained from

which collects public domain software and distributes it for modest fees.
The Hershey fonts, for example, are $15.

      I once ordered something from these people, and it came, and it
worked.
