1. I would like a relatively up to date version of a program comperable to
Mail or mailx.

2. I would like it to run under Ultrix 1.2 and better.

3. I would like for it to be smart enough to know how to get the correct address
back to the poster without a lot of extra messing around.

4. I would like for it to have a lot of flexibility in individual user config
capabilities.
