Canada Lines: 18 I have been hacking around with the Amiga for quite a while now, mainly in the area of graphics and DataBase retrieval systems, but have YET to devise some really COMPLETE guidelines for how to do device I/O properly everytime. I know some of the basics (what has been said in the EXEC manual) but there isn't a whole lot said on things like AbortIO, SendIO, or any async. I/O. For our first trick on our new group, can we pool minds and get a complete set of I/O guidelines written up? (or am I out to lunch because this has been hashed out before?) Steve... -- Steven A.
