Suddenly, said car swerves right revealing another car ahead of it *stopped* and waiting to turn left. Has this ever happened to you? When it happens to me I have to decide if I can safely brake to a complete stop in that distance and if not, whether I can safely swerve right (behind the guy who did it to me) or whether I'm in even deeper trouble.
