Yes, but the PCUtils won't do it. There is a program from gold coast 
software called DOS-2-DOS that will. (It also reads/writes Atari ST
formatted disks). Since C/A had to write the translation code to talk
to the 5.25" drive I don't know why they didn't extend it to the 3.5"
drive as well.
