Does anyone have the documentation for MVP-Forth?  When I downloaded it
from a local bbs (a long time ago...) the docs were in a seperate arc
file, but when I looked at the doc file it appears to be incomplete.  It
stops somewhere in the F's in a long alphabetical list of functions, so
I'm guessing it got cut off somewhere.

If someone has it and can mail it to me, I'd be grateful.
