Info-apple is on listserv@brownvm and it stores files (mostly in executioner
format) that can be ordered, downloaded to you computer and execed.

There is quite a bit of good software there, TIC, ECP 8 and 16, executioner,
Icon Editor, Desk accessories, BLU, lots of good stuff....

To get a file list, you send the following command to info-apple

send listserv@brownvm get info-apple filelist

The file will be sent to you (if it works the same for you) in Punch format.
