This helps speed mail to the right destination. It also helps to put the name of the department in the address. 36-I is the address for Public Relations, which is not the correct department for customer service. (Public Relations handles things such as press releases, magazine interviews, etc.) You should use mailstop 37-S, which is for the Customer Relations department.
