There is a program by Don Elton available from pro-colony (214)370-7056
(300/1200/2400 24 Hrs.) called "Unsqeeze.BNY" that will run on an Apple II+. 
The file is packed with the Binary II format, so you'll need something to
unpack it first.  The source code for this program is also available on this
board.
