Someone mentioned that I am the author of "The Executioner".  Not so.
I wrote the first ProDOS system application that packed a file in hexadecimal
format (for EXEC'ing into BASIC), and it is called "The Executive".  A few
months later, Glen Bredon one-upped me by writing "The Executioner" which does
a similar function, except it makes use of some additional compression
techniques to keep the file size down.  Just setting the record straight.
