Well, I think it's time for me to take the plunge.  I am proposing the
formation of a new newsgroup called comp.sys.apple.binaries.  This name
follows the same form as com.sys.mac.binaries which is already in 
existence, so I see no need for debate over the name of the newsgroup.
The only debate left, then is the need for the newsgroup.  Since I see
the need for such a newsgroup, I am volunteering to take a vote for
its creation.  In the past, a vote was taken to form this group, but 
because of mail access problems, some felt that the vote was not 
representative of the interest.  Since I am on all major networks
(internet, uucp, bitnet) I feel that mail problems will be reduced.
So now I ask, please send any comments, votes (yes and no votes), or
advice to me...  i will respond to ALL mail received concerning this
newsgroup.  I will keep an open mind.  If anything needs to be revised, 
I will consider it.  Thanks.
