Is there any documentation on DCFORMAT?  There were some comments concerning
Magic Sac on the net.  I downloaded DCFMTMON.UUE from ATARINET (UH-INFO).
A) There was no READ.ME or like.  B)  After starting the program, it prints
out it's initial screen asking me to double-click -- and HANGS!!
