If not, get that version. (someone said they'd be posting it 5-Mar) The programs should be posted as PKX35A35.EXE, which is a self- extracting archive that will create PKARC, PKXARC, and all documentation when you run it. (The PKARC documentation describes the "patch" I will list below) To disable squashing: 1. Create a PKARC.CFG file in some convenient directory It should contain one line: SQUASH=DISABLE 2. Add to your AUTOEXEC.BAT file: SET PKARC.CFG= where is the directory in which you put PKARC.CFG (3) You can also add the line: ARCTIME=LATEST to PKARC.CFG to timestamp the .ARC file with the original method.
