The program you refer to is "Hijaak" (sic), from Inset Systems 12 Mill Plain Road Danbury CT 06811 1-800-828-8088 (I just noticed the phone number!) Hijaak is a screen grabber and file conversion utility (converts graphics files from one disk format to another). The same company also makes "Inset" which is a virtually identical frame grabber and utility to insert graphics output inside output from text-only programs (like word processors). The thing actually works! I have had good luck printing color screen dumps on a color printer. Doug McDonald
