Instead it looks file a file called "termcap" in the current directory. Since I use DPATH and store a lot of commonly used files in a \LIB directory, I didn't think of making Nethack's fairly standard approach the default. However, there's an easy fix--if you set the environment variable TERMCAP to the pathname of your termcap file, Rogue-clone will look there.
