Summary: Statistical Process Control and FEA, need suggestions

I am looking for recommendations or warnings about some PC based SPC and FEA
packages.  Network ability would be a plus but not a requirement.  The FEA
package needs to interface with AutoCAD and support some/all of the following
     Static
     Transient
     Heat
     Vibration
     etc..

Any and all suggestions or flames welcome.  If you have a suggestion about
a company a phone number for that company would be *greatly* appreciated.
