Microsoft Windows 2.0 has a problem with older Paradise Autoswitch
EGA's, the ones with the PEGA-1 chip in them.  Does anyone have
a driver for windows 2.0 for this board?  Alternate would be a driver
for windows 386.  Either or both are desired.
