Well, I for one have not received it.   I also did not flame on
the net, though I have been sorely tempted.

Mainly about the "telephone support".   Example:

Me:  Lauren! There's a bug in the expect-send logic. It gets out
of sync.
L:   Well, I've rewritten that whole section of code.
Me:  Can I get an update, please?
L:   No. You don't need it.

or

Me: Lauren! I need longer timeouts.  The system I call is a
massively overloaded microvax.
L:  You don't need it.
Me: But I can't get through the login sequence!
L:  You don't need it.

etc., etc...
