I would like to turn off (and then back on) the cursor within a Turbo
Pascal 4.0 program.?  Would someone be kind enough to provide a
procedure to do that?   Or, alternately, recommend a book, magazine or
journal article where I could get the information.

I have an IBM-PC, DOS 3.21 (if that matters).  Thanks in advance for
any help.
