A DA that does this already exists. It is called Popup and I believe it is available on SUMEX. Once you activate the DA it will pop this exact menu up whereever you click with Shift and Command down. It is a very nice thing to have if you are using a large screen. I use it alot with BigScreen Init (which is almost the same as having a large screen.)
