Here's another vote for this.

Adobe can supply you with bold, italic, and bold italic screen fonts for the
"standard" PostScript fonts for something like $50. You can also get them
from the Adobe Forum (or the Aldus Forum) of Compu$erve. Note, however, that
Adobe's versions of the screen fonts are different from Apple's versions!
Also note that Adobe has made changes to the screen fonts (major changes
were made when they started shipping non-protected printer fonts). Needless
to say, this has made life a real mess for anyone who works for/runs a print
shop with a Linotronic and tries to provide customers with accurate output...
