( :-) ) However, the cleanliness and "work- ability" of the Mac OS ROMs in a 32-bit address space has been very very good. I think our most notable bug was in some color code in Quickdraw, where arithmetic shifts instead of logical shifts were being done. We will be using the exact same ROMs as the MAC OS. To be sure, the ROMs have been "A/UX sensitized" for some time now, but things like 32-bit universe expectations are good for the ROMs in any case, A/UX or not. In other words, it will be over dead bodies that Apple will have more than one set of Quickdraw/Toolbox ROMs (A/UX & MAC OS).
