It exists, and is called "Timbuktu" (rather appropriately).
I can tell you the publisher next week.  It's pretty powerful --
allowing one Mac to observe everything happening on another
including mouse movements, and even allows interaction -- two
people working on the same Mac (one remotely).  It does not
enslave more than one Mac at a time, alas.
