If you are getting a Plus motherboard, you will need a new HyperDrive daughterboard, which will cost. But otherwise, the new Rom set for the Hype*Drive is comparatively cheap - about $100 - and that's all you need. Of course, my advice is to punt the HyperDrive, upgrade to a Mac Plus and a SCSI disk. In the long run it's more reliable and MUCH less hassle, but in the short run it's a large chunk of $.
