There is a file with one-line file descriptions of *some* of the MSDOS
files at SIMTEL20.

These are all updated monthly.  The last three in that list are
intended for use with Jim Button's PC-FILE+ database program although
the IDX files are comma-delimited and could be used with any database
program that can import them.

PD1:<MSDOS>FILES.IDX is updated *daily* (sometimes several times per
day on weekends) and is a comma-delimited file without descriptions.
