You might try the National Heath Users Group Software Catalog.  
Part Number  885-3041-37, SCREENDUMP contains several screendump
programs for various printers.  Included is the source code for 
each TSR program.  There is also a skeleton version to build your
own.  Price is $30.  A full description can be found in the
Jan 88 issue of remark.  Version for both the Z-100 and Z-150 are
included and require Z/MS-DOS version 1.1 or higher.
