I could send you one, but it won't do you much good.  Any application
that uses termcap is likely to need cursor addressing, at least, which
the 4010 doesn't support.  It also cannot erase text without clearing
the entire display.  It really is about useless for a CRT-oriented
application (other than line graphics).
